MB6CF Status Page

24 Jun

It can be challenging to know what modes are active on multimode digital repeaters and gateways, what they are connected to and which mode is active. To help with this we have created a status page for our multimode digital simplex gateway MB6CF. It shows you which mode is active and what each mode is connected to. None of the modes is locked to any reflectors so you can move them wherever you wish https://nwrg.org.uk/mb6cf-status

GB7BF Blackpool Site/Frequency Change

14 Jun

GB7BF has moved to be co-located with GB7FC in Blackpool. It has changed frequency to a reverse split 9MHz pair. You need to set your radio to receive on 430.300MHz with a +9MHz split so you transmit on 439.300MHz. Please make sure you select the more unusual +9MHz split, this is so the two repeaters transmit and receive frequencies are close together to avoid interference.  GB7BF usually has D-Star, DMR and Fusion enabled.
