MB7IRX 4m Switch On
We are pleased to announce that today 11th April 2024 MB7IRX 4m gateway in Liverpool was switched on. This gateway will be linked to HUBNet initially but may move in the future. As always signal reports are very welcome
GB3RF Transmit CTCSS
Today GB3RF was removed from site to fix the transmit CTCSS tone problem. When the repeater was replaced it was found it wasn't transmitting the 82.5Hz CTCSS tone. This has caused an issue for some people with tone squelch still set from when the repeater was multimode FM and digital. Tone squelch was recommended to prevent FM users from hearing the digital noise. The transmit CTCSS tone fault has been fixed and the repeater is back on site and working as expected.
GB3PG Switch On
We are pleased to announce that today 16th March 2024 Gareth Clements switched on GB3PG in Preston. GB3PG will be linked to several of our Group Repeaters, GB3BY Chorley, GB3EG Wigan, GB3FC Blackpool, GB3PN Lytham and gateway MB7INM Oswaldtwistle.
